Hello friends & family! I am running as part of a team of runners supporting The Family Place, which is in its 33rd year of providing education, support and services to Vermont's Upper Valley children and families.
Our team members have committed to raising at least $500 each by running in the Covered Bridges Half Marathon on Sunday, June 3, 2019. Money from fundraisers like this is vital to the organization because it isn't earmarked for any specific program; instead it can be applied to wherever the need is greatest. It's only with the support of the community that The Family Place can provide continuous, comprehensive services to every family. The services of The Family Place truly make a diference for children and families in need, and you can be sure that your donation is going to be put to excellent use!
